Racecourse is Located near Mallow, a small village on the
outskirts of CORK. About 20 minutes drive from Cork City, click on
the map above for more directions.
This racecourse has undergone
a vast transformation from the older boggy site that many of us
regular racegoers will remember. The quality of the turf, the
improved drainage and the vast improvement in prize money and
facilities make this one of the better courses to visit.
Good
attendances ensure that there is plenty of "craic" and with many
good horses, particularily those from the Aiden O'Brien, Dermot Weld
and Francis Crowley stables, running here the racing is very
competitive.
