DATES  12th - 15th AUGUST 2001.
INTRODUCTION

Situated 7 miles from the Crystal City of Waterford in Irelands "Sunny South East".
With on-site catering and bar facilities, Tramore Racecourse has proven to be an excellent venue for a great days craic, socialising and entertainment ;- just as you would expect from one of Irelands longest established race meetings.
Buffet and snack meals are available at the racecourse every raceday, while a full table-service restaurant is provided for the duration of the August Festival.
In addition to the "Craic At The Track", Tramore, one of Irelands most popular holiday destinations for more than 100 years, also offers "Fun In The Sun" with its comprehensive range of accommodation and entertainment facilities, and an enviable reputation for the friendliness of its people and their hospitality to visitors.

OUR  RECOMMENDATIONS Whenever we have attended this meeting we always get to the course by at the latest 11am. To leave it any later will see you sitting in heavy traffic for a long time. If you are travelling a long distance you would be well advised to stay in a local Hotel and ask them to arrange your transport to the course for you. (See Below). The above said you will enjoy the high quality racing and the great cráic (fun) to be had here. Well worth attending.
