Almost every golf course in Ireland, including private clubs, will allow anyone to play. While certain tee times may be reserved for members (e.g. weekend mornings), simply call ahead and ask what is available and you will receive a warm welcome at most local clubs. However, some local clubs do NOT have golf carts ("buggys") or rental clubs available.
