| Nancy Hands |
|
Nancy Hands Pub is located a two minute walk
from Huston Station in Dublin and offers the biggest selection
of Wines, Spirits, Cocktails and other Drinks we have ever come
across. The bar staff are all very good at their jobs and knowledgeable
about all aspects of drink. The quality of the food is excellent
and the Pub draws a large local and business community. If ever
I'm in Dublin I always call in. The Atmosphere is nice, the
layout good and the quality and quantity of drink selections
is unsurpassed. When there, try one of the wide variety of Old
Irish Whisky they have to choose from, they always seem to warm
me up! Altogether a great place to spend a few hours in in the
company of friends both old and new.

| Dick Macks |
|
This pub located in the center of Dingle town is a true classic.
Historically, some Irish shops in local towns and villages
served drink in addition to their main line of business. Dick
Mack's was formerly a leather and shoe repair shop. The left
side of the pub still contains the shop as it was decades
ago with a wall full of antique leather goods and tools. The
shop counter provides a comfortable seating area. The bar
on the left includes a "cozy" at either end where
ladies could enjoy a discreet drink (though of course everyone
always knew who was in there!). If you would like some good
food, go elswhere. This is a PUB.

| The Quays Bar |
|
The Quays Bar Galway has been dispensing the
finest food and drink since it was first licensed, legally,
back in the 1600s. Despite every attempt, the current century
will disappear into the new millennium having made very little
impact on the Quays Bar. The Quays jealously holds onto its
Old World atmosphere and style and its long tradition as a venue
for quality traditional music and good old fashioned Galway
craic. Upstairs music venue: 5 nights a week. Coach parties
catered for.

| Teach O'Hara |
|
Teách Ó'Hora (pronounced "chock ohora",
teách means house) is one of our favorite pub in the West of
Ireland. Run for generations by the O'Hara family,. This is
superbly run public house, clean, tidy, excellent host and outstanding
service. The food on offer is basic but very good and inexpensive,
great value. The beers and wines list is extensive and the service
second to none. While there sit in the "Front Room" and relax
a while. This is a small section inside the pub which is a recreation
of an old Irish lounge, complete with mock wardrobes and a fireplace.
As typical in Ireland you could call in for a "quick one" and
stay all day. There is no nicer environment to do it in. Altogether
a great place, we love it. So will you.

| Matt Malloys |
Matt Malloys is one of those type of Pubs
that you never want to go home from. Located in the Busy town
of Westport in County Mayo this is Irelands best Traditional
Music Pub. Owned and run by one of Irelands best Musicians the
music nights are always busy and of the highest quality. The
Pub Itself is seems small when you first enter but stretches
back a long way into a Lounge and on to the Beer Garden. Traditional
Sessions take place here almost nightly in the summer and less
frequent in the other seasons, check before you travel. We thoroughly
recommend this pub to all. We have often spent great nights
here with the friendliest of crowds from all around the globe.
Do not miss it.
