"Earls" Bistro/Bar is a lively open plan eatery, situated at the front of the hotel. Earls offers a tantalising range of uncomplicated food that relies on the freshest seasonal produce. Dishes on the menu will include Spiced Shrimp and Salmon Satay, Caesar Salad or Sautéed Chicken with a Salad of Carrots, Coriander, Olives and Lemon. Attention to every little detail has allowed them to create this unique and fashionable Bistro.

The "Ormonde Lounge" with a floor to ceiling wall of glass looks out over the front of the hotel and provides a light and relaxing atmosphere. The all day menu consist of Light Snacks. Traditional Afternoon Tea and Cocktails.

We opted for the soft sofa where the most delicious cappuccino was served complete with complimentary fruitcake and biscuit. A floor to ceiling glass wall provided plenty of light and beautiful fresh orchids adorned every table. Elegant well-appointed rooms with views across the city and a pleasant atmosphere combined to make our stay most enjoyable and relaxing.
